The Service Advisor was great, but some minor things by the "behind the scenes" service staff kept me from giving 5 stars. I specifically asked for "no car wash", but the car was washed (opportunity for water spots since the vehicle was not dried). The digital dash was left on the "maintenance" screen instead of returned to the "fuel and range" setting. Very minor things, but for me 5 stars is for when things are "perfect".
Service advisor Brian Adams was amazing answering my questions and giving me all the information I needed to take care of my car. He was excellent!

Came in for some service on my Honda fit. My service advisor Nick Braham sat me down and walked me through all the things I needed, even helped answer my questions on how the work would be preformed. We had a little misunderstanding on the work I had approved but it was quickly cleared up in minutes. They were more than willing to work with me and making my stop there a pleasant one. Cant recommend Nick enough, very friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would come back and work with Nick again.
